Skill-based techniques from Animal Flow that will stimulate cognition, breath and body awareness, and mind body coordination.

Ashtanga Mondays

Learn your basics. Traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice, alignment techniques, breathwork and Suryanamaskar with Sanskrit cues.

This flow session will throw a curveball at you. Your mind and body will have a blast figuring out what happened in this one hour! It could be animal flow, it could be hustle games or partner flows…you gotta stay ready!

Invincible Fridays

A strength and conditioning workout that targets the core and the posterior chain of the body, building power, strength and stability in the hamstrings, glutes, lower back and the spine. If you want to train like an athlete, this class is a MUST!

Skillful Saturdays

A class influenced by Varsha’s experience in Yoga animal flow, gymnastics, Acro yoga, dance and kalari movements. The nature of the class is extremely fluid depending on the fitness levels of the participants.

Your body and mind will definitely be stimulated and challenged in this class.

Come fly with me at the city’s swanky studio – Tattva. Here we will be incorporating all of our ancient yoga practices into the art of Aerial. We will be using the fabric as support to dive deep into a therapeutic yoga practice.
